Kiwi brings a pleasantly tart note to mango and banana, while pineapple juice supplies the liquid for this shareable fruit smoothie. The tiny kiwi seeds remain visible after blending, giving the drink a speckled appearance. That is part of its character rather than a sign that it needs endless blending.
This recipe makes three portions, so it is useful for a small household breakfast. Have the glasses ready before starting, and make sure the combined ingredients fit comfortably below your blender's maximum fill line. A little planning is easier than trying to manage an overfilled jug.

Tips and variations
A ripe kiwi should give slightly when gently pressed. Very firm fruit can make the finished drink sharper. If your fruit is unusually tart, use a riper mango or banana in the next batch before deciding whether the recipe needs a sweetener.
For convenience, prepare the mango and banana ahead and freeze them in measured portions. Check that your blender is suitable for frozen fruit before using that variation. The amount of fruit flesh varies with the size of the mango, so the final glass volume will vary too. If you want a lighter juice flavor, replace a little of the pineapple juice with cold water and record the amount you prefer.
Ingredient health benefits
- Kiwi supplies vitamin C, which helps the body make collagen.
- Banana contributes potassium, needed for normal nerve function.
